Please note that the first option is an imediate solution where emailing in requires a manual process so can take up to 5 business days for your email to be removed from our records. Loyalty Points
Loyalty points will automatically be added to a customers account upon confirmation of their order being despatched (an active customer account is required). The points themselves cannot be used as a form of currency and will only allow access to a selection of free goods at 100 point intervals decided by Brinvale. Products may be added or removed without notice.
Should the loyalty scheme be abandoned Brinvale will allow all customers one month's notice in which any remaining ponts can be redeemed.
