All orders to any mainland United Kingdom addresses (including the Scottish Highlands) weighing 10kg and over will be delivered free of charge.
All UK orders below a total weight of 10kg will be charged £4.90 for delivery. Full details below.
When your total order weighs 10kg or more you'll automatically qualify for FREE delivery if you're a mainland United Kingdom customer. Please note however any other offers or free gifts will not go towards the 10kg needed to qualify for free delivery.
If you are located outside of the mainland UK then we're afraid we cannot offer this service to you. Your options are detailed below.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery
All orders to mainland UK addresses which weigh below 10kg will be charged a flat rate fee of £4.90. This fee is for the total order; you will not be charged anything extra.
Delivery to Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Ireland, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight
For delivery information and prices to all these areas, and others, we request that you contact us to make your enquiry, as fees to these locations can vary and we'll need to advise.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders to the mainland United Kingdom will be dispatched the day you order (with exceptions to weekends and bank holidays) via next day delivery(as long as you order before 4.30pm). We will contact you if we are out of stock of any item(s) ordered that may cause a delay. If your order has not arrived within 2 working days please contact us as soon as possible so we can contact our couriers and locate your parcel. Orders outside of mainland UK may take slightly longer, so please allow up to 3 working days before contacting us if you are concerned as to the whereabouts of your order.
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not currently available.
Do you deliver internationally?
At this time we're afraid that we do not deliver to Europe or other international destinations.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all orders, with the exception of any live foods such as mealworms, if you are not satisfied with your order when received.
Simply contact us as soon as you receive your order and we'll arrange for a return with you. Once the order has been received by us we'll action your refund, or an exchange if this is what you'd prefer.
30 Day Returns Policy - Damaged or Faulty Goods
Any goods that are received from us in a faulty or damaged state can be returned under our extended 30 day money back guarantee for faulty or damaged goods.
