How do I place an order online?
Simply browse the site using the menu located at the top of the site, select a category and select a product to view. On the product screen you will be presented with information for that product, along with a list of options to choose from if applicable. When you have selected your chosen option simply click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will then take you to your basket where you will see the product(s) you have chosen, along with the total cost of your order.
You will then need to select a delivery option from the list provided. Depending on the total weight of your order, and it's destination, you will then see the delivery cost and this is then added to your order.
Clicking the 'Checkout' button will take you to the next stage where you can enter your personal details, address, and finally a screen to pay for your order.
If you do decide to shop with us we recommend creating a customer account, you can do this by going on this link and creating an account. Your account will save your delivery details so that you don't have to enter it each time you order and you will also earn rewards through our loyalty scheme.
Is shopping with you secure?
Yes, shopping online with us is very secure. Please look for the SSL indicator in your browser window, this will tell you that the site is using a secure server.
We will never see your card details, and the only thing we keep a record of is your order and address information. Your card details are transmitted over a secure connection and won't be viewed by anyone other than your card's payment processor. If you prefer to telephone us with your order we will enter your card details straight into our virtual secure terminal, your card details will not be stored or be at risk at any time.
How can I make a payment?
We accept payments by all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments by PayPal. We use sage pay as our payment gateway, and this is 100% secure. We also use PayPal as a payment processor, and you can either use your credit or debit card with them or your PayPal account balance if you have an account with them.
Please note: You DO NOT need to have an account with PayPal to use their service, neither will you need to sign up for one or be asked to do so.
Can I make payment over the phone?
Yes, by all means, we are more than happy to take payment over the phone if you would rather pay this way. Simply call us on 01664 823 230 again this is completely safe, your card details will be entered straight into our terminal, your card details will not be stored or be a risk at any time.
Why should I shop with you?
We'd like to think that our products and prices are very competitive, and we've put a lot of hard work in to formulating the right mixes of bird foods because we genuinely care about the product and which birds will be eating them.
A lot of the products we sell have also been grown by us here on our farm, and we stock only the best produce. Our team are very friendly and helpful, and we'll always be here to give you advice on your birds and how to feed them.

Do you have a newsletter I can sign up to?
Yes we do. When you place an order you are given the option to join our mailing list. It's completely free, and whenever you want to unsubscribe you can, no questions asked.
Bracken will send you a monthly newsletter detailing what we have been doing on the farm and monthly promotions including special offers and freebies.
Can I send you pictures of my birds?
Absolutely! We love to hear from our happy customers, and if you have some pictures of the wildlife in your area then we'd like to see them. If we like them enough we'll even put them on our online picture gallery for others to enjoy.
