Designed by Simon King, the Medusa Feeder Defender is the perfect solution for protecting your bird feeders. It allows small birds to feed in peace while discouraging larger birds such as jackdaws, rooks, pigeons, and magpies from dominating your garden.
Larger birds can quickly empty a feeder, leaving little for smaller species. The Medusa Defender is designed to work with various hanging bird feeders, creating a haven for small birds to feed comfortably and safely.

Stunning Design
Over time, smaller birds will adapt to the unique design, flitting effortlessly between the hanging chains and even using them as perches while waiting their turn. The bars on the Defender’s top also provide an ideal resting spot for small birds. Meanwhile, larger birds are deterred by the sensation of the chains on their flight feathers, ensuring they move on without disturbing the feeding process.
For optimal protection, use a separate Medusa Feeder Defender for each feeder you wish to safeguard, helping your feathered friends enjoy a secure and peaceful feeding experience.
