About This Feeder
The Squirrel Buster is spring loaded which shuts off the ports by the weight of the squirrel. Ingenious and humane!
The entire range is guaranteed 100% Squirrel Proof. The feeder has a wire mesh shroud which aligns with the tiny niger seed ports allowing finches access to the seed, when a squirrel (or large bird) climbs onto eat, the weight of the squirrel forces the shroud down closing the access to the ports.
The Squirrel Buster Finch is designed to easily dismantle by hand without the use of tools for easy cleaning and maintenance. This feeder also has a unique ventilation system allowing the warm air generated in the tube to escape through water proof vents at the top of the feeder, cool fresh air enters via the ports and base resulting in fresher food for longer.
