A mixture of broken and small sunflower hearts, these sunflower heart chips offer similar levels of energy and protein to wild birds when compared to sunflower hearts whilst causing less mess due to finches feeding.
The small size of these chips stops finches from chomping down the middle of a seed and letting the edges fall to the ground.
This leaves less mess on the ground, but also leaves less food available for ground feeding birds such as Chaffinches, Robins, Blackbirds and Yellowhammers.
